ORDER TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that enables you to track your package until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that it may take 2-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it simply means that the carrier has yet to process your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

In the event that your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request that they forward or redirect your package, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
