Return & Refund Policy
Returns
- At Bigkus, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for merchandise accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
- To initiate your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase for us via email.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding its status and whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe (2-3 days).
Exchanges
- In the event that you ordered an incorrect size, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge once the original item has been returned.
- Exchanges will only be made for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at support@bigkus.com.
