Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a reason. The 14-day period begins on the day after you receive the goods.

How to Make a Return

  1. Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@bigkus.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a reason for the return (optional).

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return address label via email.

  3. Packaging and Shipping:

    • Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
    • Include the return authorization form and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
    • Attach the pre-paid return label provided to the outside of the package.

Return Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the item(s) is defective or incorrectly described.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly described items.

Return and Refund Conditions

  • Change of Mind: You may return unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or faulty item, including photos as evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Item Received: Contact us immediately to arrange the return of the incorrect item and receive the correct product. We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Item Not Received: Contact us within a reasonable timeframe to initiate an investigation. If the item is not located, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
